1. Do I need to complete the pre-evaluation and post-evaluation surveys?
  • Yes. The pre and post-evaluation surveys will help SKH to better assess the game-based training method for TeamSTEPPS Programme and allow SKH to improve on the future content and delivery format. Please note that there are two post-evaluation surveys for single-player game scenarios and multi-player game scenarios respectively.
2. Do I need to complete all the game scenarios? Is there a particular sequence to complete the scenarios?
  • For better learning outcomes, it is highly recommended for participants to complete all the 12 single-player game scenarios as each scenario will cover a different set of TeamSTEPPS tools. Participants do not need to follow any particular sequence when completing the single-player game scenarios.
  • For the multi-player game scenarios, participants will be grouped in a multi-disciplinary team before they start on the game play. The team members will then decide on a convenient time to play the multi-player game scenarios.
3. My antivirus tool in Windows OS displayed a warning message when I click on the game player execuable file. What should I do?
  • For Windows OS, click on the "More Info" hyperlink and then "Run anyway" button to launch the game player.
4. What should I do if I cannot hear any sound/music in the game?
  • Users may encounter audio issue if the conversation dialogues are pre-maturely terminated by user clicks. Please restart the game player to fix the audio issue.
5. I experience download error or the screen has no activity when installing the game scenario. What should I do?
  • The game server may be busy. Please try to download again at a later time.
